2. Information we collect
- Identity and contact details, including name, phone number and email address.
- Service and billing addresses, postcode, property details, access instructions and service notes.
- Booking details, selected services, appointment history, offers, cancellations, complaints and messages.
- Payment status, amount, card brand or last four digits where supplied by the provider, and transaction references. We do not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.
- Website measurement information: a random visitor identifier, full IP address, Cloudflare-provided country, device category, browser and operating system, referring source, landing page, first and last visit times, active time and page-view count. On wheelie-bin booking journeys we also record whether the postcode, bins-and-date, card-submission and successful-card-verification stages were reached. The postcode, address, contact details and card data are not stored in this visitor record.
- For temporary website testing, session replay also creates compressed images of the visible webpage from the start of a visit and continues throughout the public journey. Changed views may be sampled every 500 milliseconds for the first 15 minutes and every 30 seconds after that, for no more than 45 minutes in total.
- Other technical and security information such as browser requests and a random booking-session identifier.
- Information you provide through the contact form, including the contents of your enquiry ticket.
