Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and to make reasonable adjustments for disabled customers. We have not yet completed a formal independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance.

How the website is designed to help

• Pages use headings, labels, landmarks and meaningful link text.
• Booking and contact forms can be used with a keyboard and show understandable validation messages.
• Text can be enlarged and layouts adapt to smaller screens without requiring a separate mobile site.
• Colour is not intended to be the only way important information is communicated.
• Motion is limited and controls use visible focus and accessible names.

Known limitations

The secure card form is supplied by a third-party payment provider, so some of its accessibility behaviour is outside our direct control. Uploaded logos or third-party content may also have limitations. If either prevents you from completing a task, contact us for an alternative.

Get help or report a barrier

Email [email protected], call 020 7946 0282 during Monday–Sunday, 07:00–18:00, or use the contact form. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology used, and your preferred contact method. We aim to acknowledge reports within five working days.

We can discuss a reasonable alternative such as completing the booking by phone, providing information in a different format, or arranging another suitable way to use the service.

Equality support

If you believe a service provider has not made a reasonable adjustment, the Equality Advisory and Support Service provides information and support about discrimination and human rights issues in England, Scotland and Wales.
