1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text records stored by a browser. Local storage and session storage perform a similar job inside the browser. We use them only for the purposes described below.
2. Necessary storage we use
Necessary technologies are used because the service, security or preference you requested cannot work reliably without them. They are not used for advertising.

3. Visitor measurement, replay and advertising
First-party visitor measurement runs automatically and creates site-visitor-id-v1 in local storage for up to 180 days. It links visits on this domain and records the full IP address, Cloudflare-provided country, device category, browser, operating system, source, landing page, first and last visit, active time and page views. On wheelie-bin booking journeys it also records whether the postcode, bins-and-date, card-submission and successful-card-verification stages were reached.
The first-party journey record does not contain the postcode entered, service address, name, phone number, email address or card data. Existing server records are retained for no more than 180 days after the last recorded visit, unless earlier deletion is required.
For temporary website testing, session replay runs automatically from the start of a visit and continues throughout the public journey. It saves compressed images only when the view changes and links them to the random visitor identifier. Changed views may be sampled every 500 milliseconds for the first 15 minutes and every 30 seconds after that, for no more than 45 minutes in total. Replay images are available only to authorised staff and are retained for up to 30 days.
No advertising provider is currently configured on this website.
4. Browser controls
This website does not display a cookie-preference panel. You can inspect, block or delete cookies and site storage using your browser settings. Blocking storage may prevent appointment holds, payments, admin login or other site features from working correctly.
5. Third-party services
When you open the secure card form, the payment provider may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology for authentication, fraud prevention, card verification and transaction processing. Those technologies are controlled by the provider and are loaded only as part of checkout.
