Cancellation Policy

Our 24-hour cancellation promise

You may cancel or reschedule a Wheelie Bin Cleaner appointment without a cancellation fee if we receive your request no later than 24 hours before the appointment's scheduled start time.

Cancel through our contact page, email [email protected], or call 020 7946 0282 during Monday–Sunday, 07:00–18:00. A cancellation takes effect when we receive it; keep any confirmation we send.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice

If we receive the request less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, a reasonable late-cancellation fee might apply. The same may apply if nobody provides agreed access, required items are unavailable, or the appointment cannot proceed for a reason within the customer’s control.

Any fee will reflect the time reserved and costs we cannot reasonably recover, will never exceed the agreed service price, and will be communicated before it is collected. We may waive it where circumstances were exceptional or the lost appointment could be reallocated.

Your statutory cancellation rights

A consumer who books online or by phone will normally have a legal 14-day cancellation period beginning the day after the contract is made. This right is separate from our 24-hour promise and nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

If you choose an appointment within that 14-day period, submitting the booking is your express request for us to begin the service during the cancellation period. If you then cancel after work has begun, we may charge a proportionate amount for work already supplied. The statutory right ends once the service has been fully performed after your express request and acknowledgement.

If we cancel or cannot attend

If we cancel, we will offer a suitable replacement appointment or return any amount paid for the service. No customer cancellation fee applies. We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the booking was made, but this does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will make it to the original payment method without undue delay and, where the law requires, within 14 days after we are told of the cancellation. Bank processing times are outside our control.
